"Triptych"

  1. The black background is a good way to present this. It allows some ambiguity of scale, which I think is beneficial. The progression of your work makes the extreme subtlety of the cross representation possible. In other words, to appreciate this, you have to look at your earlier work.

  2. I tried to snap this a variety of ways but the only way I could get the colour to come out on my phone camera was with the black background. Ideally, ALL these crosses (or the cream of the crop, at any rate), would be seen in one space at the same time someday. This one would make the final cut for sure; I just love it, I have to say...
