Advance Health Care Directive (Form 3-1, State of CA)

Turns out I am not the primary designated agent with power of attorney to make health care decisions for my brother, it's his oldest daughter, Brandi.  I'm first alternate.  There's a second alternate, too, but considering that gentleman died five or six years ago I sincerely doubt he'll come into play.  Just another day on earth, nothing to see here.
